How to Order: Shoot an e-mail to Vanessa@winterhilljewerly.com, include your name and shop name and we'll reply within one business day with a wholesale order form.
Minimums: First Order Minimum $150.00 Re-order Minimum $100.00
Lead Time and Payment Terms: Orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days. Invoices will be sent and payment is due when product ships. Payment options are all major credit cards or personal check.
Cancellation Policy: If necessary, orders should be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a 100% refund. If orders are canceled after 48 hours a 20% cancellation fee will incur. A 50% cancellation fee will incur for custom orders.
Shipping: Free delivery is available within 20 miles of Somerville, MA. All other others will be shipped through USPS for a flat rate of $8.
Returns, Damages, and Repairs: Exchanges or returns on non-defective products are accepted at buyers expense within 30 days of delivery for a shop credit. We stand by the quality of our jewelry and package them for shipment with care; however, if any jewelry is found to be defective upon arrival, items will be replaced within 14 days of delivery at our expense.

Samples: Retailers in the Boston area can request an appointment to see jewelry in person. For shops not located in the Boston area I am happy to send a free sample pair. Just shoot me an email to Vanessa@winterhilljewerly.com with the subject line “Sample.” Be sure to include your shop name, human name, and shipping address.
